Questions

Pricing FAQ

Do the native apps cost extra?

No. Windows, macOS, Android and iOS apps are free for everyone ‐ they're never gated behind a paid tier.

What's the difference between Server Pro and Host Pass?

Server Pro is purchased by a server admin and upgrades the whole server ‐ unlimited rooms, live telemetry, automation, and unlimited JAM for everyone in it. Host Pass is purchased by an individual and travels with them, letting that person host unlimited JAM sessions in any server they're a member of, Pro or not.

Does Server Pro cover just one server, or every server I'm in?

Just the server it's purchased for. Server Pro is a per-server upgrade, so a second server needs its own Server Pro purchase. Host Pass works the other way ‐ it's tied to your account, not a server, so it travels with you into any server you're a member of.

How much does Server Pro annual save me?

Annual billing is $49.99/year, working out to about $4.17/month ‐ a 30% saving versus paying $5.99 every month.

How much does Host Pass annual save me?

Annual billing is $29.90/year, working out to about $2.49/month ‐ a 17% saving versus paying $2.99 every month.

Can I cancel Server Pro or the Host Pass subscription anytime?

Yes. Both subscriptions can be cancelled whenever you like, and your server or account simply drops back to the Free tier ‐ nothing you've already built gets deleted.
